Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication is designed to provide an additional security measure. You can enable it from your profile. Please, select Profile and click Enable the 2-Step Verification. When the 2-Step Verification is enabled, please use the Google Authenticator App to access the verification code.
If you’d like to disable the 2-Step Verification, please log in to your Profile at www.monfex.com and select “Disable” the 2-Step Verification. You will need to insert the latest code you have received on your Google Authenticator App, and the feature will be disabled.
Changing Password
The password can be changed from your Profile. Please, perform the following procedure: Click on the “Change Password” button; Fill in your old password; Fill in the new password; Press “Confirm”. After that the password will be changed.
