Please make sure the BTC wallet address you entered is correct. Monfex is not responsible for BTC sent to the wrong address or non-BTC wallet.

Note that Monfex does not charge any withdrawal fees. The Bitcoin Network charges all Bitcoin transactions a fee.

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your withdrawal.
